Welcome to voiceactorfalguni.com, the official website of Falguni Parekh, professional voice artist specializing in Gujarati and Hindi voiceovers.
By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or my services.
1. Services Offered
I provide professional voiceover services, including but not limited to:
Commercials
E-learning modules
Animation and kids’ content
Corporate narrations
Documentaries
Character voicing in Gujarati and Hindi
Custom projects are welcomed and scoped individually.
2. Booking and Project Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed via email or written communication.
A detailed brief must be provided before work begins. This includes tone, style, target audience, script, and timeline.
Projects are considered confirmed only upon mutual agreement and, in some cases, advance payment.
3. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines are agreed upon before the project begins.
Any delays from the client (scripts, feedback, etc.) may affect the final delivery date.
Urgent delivery is possible with a rush fee, depending on availability.
4. Revisions Policy
One round of minor revisions is included (for pacing, tone, pronunciation, etc.).
Major changes (script rewrites, style changes, re-direction) post-approval will incur additional charges.
All revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 15 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a late fee of 2% per week.
For new clients or large projects, an advance of 50% may be required.
6. Usage Rights
Standard voiceover rates include usage for the agreed-upon platform and duration (e.g., social media, radio, regional TV).
Broader usage (national TV, OTT, international distribution, etc.) requires a buyout fee.
Unauthorized use beyond the agreed scope is a breach of contract and may lead to legal action.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after recording begins will be charged at 50% of the agreed fee.
Cancellations after delivery will be charged in full.
8. Confidentiality
All scripts, client information, and proprietary materials are treated as confidential. I do not share or use client content for any purpose outside the agreed project scope without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While I strive for perfection in every delivery, I am not liable for:
Technical issues arising from the client’s playback system.
Misuse or misrepresentation of delivered voiceovers.
Losses due to delays caused by client-side miscommunication or indecision.
10. Creative Integrity
I reserve the right to decline any project that:
Promotes hate speech, violence, or misinformation
Misuses my voice to imitate or deceive
Clashes with my personal or professional ethics
11. Voluntary Work
My voluntary contributions to Katha Kathan and other cultural initiatives are separate from commercial projects and governed by their own terms. These engagements are not open for commercial resale.
12. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Please check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the site or services indicates your agreement with the updated terms.
